PV Split Junction Box
The UNIFLOW Split PV Junction Box adopts a split design to ensure high power output across varying environmental conditions. Its horizontal outlet mode minimizes wire bending and mechanical stress, reducing cable consumption. The simplified circuit design minimizes power loss, and the hot spot effect is divided into three parts to reduce high-temperature damage to the battery panel.

Installation
- 01.Apply back plate glue into the silicone slot at the bottom of the junction box.
- 02.Bond the busbar to the metal with the electric soldering iron and allow it to cool and solidify.
- 03.Inject AB glue into the box until it reaches the overflow position.
- 04.After curing, align the cover with the base buckle slot and press the top cover into the base.
Safety Measures
- 01.When installing the junction box, make sure the solar panel is not working and avoid touching plus and minus rails at the same time.
- 02.Do not connect the plus and minus terminals of the same junction box together.
- 03.Do not insert and withdraw the plus and minus connector frequently except during repairs.
- 04.Evenly apply silica adhesive on the base of the junction box to prevent leakage.
- 05.Keep rubber clean during assembly and keep paraffin substances such as oil and lubricant away from PV junction boxes and connectors.
