How To Install
- 01.Strip the insulating layer of cable to L=7 +/- 0.3 mm and avoid cutting the wire core.
- 02.Place the stripped cable into the terminal hole and ensure all cores are inside the terminal hole.
- 03.Push the riveted pin into the insulator until it engages, then lightly pull the lead to check engagement.
- 04.Install the cable gland by hand first, then tighten with a plastic spanner or ring spanner. Recommended input torque is 3.0 N.m.
- 05.Insert male and female connectors until they engage, then pull lightly left and right to confirm assembly.
- 06.Unlock the connectors by hand when needed. Avoid excessive cable bending and follow the cable manufacturer's bending radius guidance.
